Terms of service

These terms apply to every home massage booked with Life Health Beauty. By sending a booking request you agree to them.

Our service

• We are a home-service massage business. There is no centre to visit: our therapists come to your home, hotel room or office.
• We only visit these areas: Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Bur Dubai, Al Karama, Deira. If yours is not listed, message us first.
• We serve ladies and couples. All therapists are female and trained professionals.

Bookings

• A booking request sent through the website, WhatsApp or Telegram is only confirmed once we reply to confirm it.
• Please give a complete address (building, flat or room number) and a phone number we can reach on the day.
• Hotel guests: tell your hotel's reception that you are expecting a therapist. We are not responsible if the hotel refuses access.
• Clients must be 18 years or older.

Professional conduct

Our treatments are strictly professional, therapeutic massage. Any inappropriate request or behaviour ends the session immediately, and the full price is charged. Our therapists may also leave if they do not feel safe.

Your health

Please tell us before the treatment about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy (for example to oils) or recent surgery. Massage is not a medical treatment; if you are unsure, ask your doctor first. The therapist may adjust or decline a treatment for your safety.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in AED on this website. [Say whether prices include VAT.]
• You pay your therapist after the treatment, by cash or card.
• [Any travel fee for some areas, if you charge one.]

Changes and cancellations

• Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
• [Your cancellation rule, e.g. free until 2 hours before the visit; 50% charged for later cancellations or if the therapist cannot get in.]
• If we need to change or cancel a booking, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new time.

Responsibility

We take great care with every visit. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, building access or events outside our control. Our responsibility for any visit is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
